gPlex® High Availability (HA) module is an under patented module register in the United States of America. This module allows the gPlex contact center to keep live calls to stay live during hardware failure. In the course of failure, all the live calls session taken by the secondary server and the entire process took only a couple of milliseconds. The beauty of this solution neither the customer nor the agent will feel there was a massive hardware failure, our high availability module work on active – active basis where other backup contingency plans work by active – passive mode. Thus, enabling to keep the calls live during any failover.
